1, How to place an order:

a. send us an inquiry, choose item no. for each item(through search bar on the top of website for your lookup next time).

b. confirm the product you need.

c. confirm the fob price, freight, quote validation, production time.

d. complete the payment

e. we start production and arrange the shipment

f. you got your parcels.

2, Production time:

a. our standard products need 35 working days to make.

b. customized products add extra 20 working days to open mold if needed.

3. Shipment time:

a. By air, we choose DHL/UPS/TNT/Fedex to ship your goods, generally need 7-10 days to arrive at your door side.

b. By sea, we could accept a full range of shipment term and your forwarder if you needed, 15-60days to arrivie at your pointed port.

4. Payment term:

We need 70% deposit for deposit, and the balance will be paid before delivery.

5. Payment method:

We could accept T/T, Western Union, Moneygram, Wechat Pay, Alipay, Payoneer, Paypal, includes USD, AUD, EURO, POUND. pls advise the your prefered payment method, your convenience is our pursuit. We might have some restrictions to receive USD from sanctioned countries like Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, North Korea, Iran, Cuban, Myanmar, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Libya, Iraq, Balkans, Ivory Coast, Congo, Liberia, Somalia, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Guinea, Central Africa, Yemen, Turkey etc. We have related solutions for your payment, pls contact with our sales man before buying. 

Note:Usually we quote by USD, if you need special currency, pls kindly advise before quote.

6. Custom Cases:

ViVi is a design-oriented factory, we grow up from continuous innovation.

OEM/ODM is both accepted, offer us your CAD drawing, or we design for you there.

Usually we need 3-5 days to draft a drawing by our design staff, customer need confirm the drawing before opening mold.

7. Warranty:

We offer 1 year warranty. Our policy: Within the warranty period, If there is any quality problem, please send us photos or videos to show the problem. And then we will decide to send you parts or you send the items back to us to repair or replace. Please make sure to contact us instantly instead of sending it to us directly. You need to pay freight by sending back to China. Improper use of the instrument and man-made damage is not included in warranty. Warranty only aimed at the problem caused by the product quality.
